Very nice, modern finca between Portocolom and Felanitx. House over 2 floors (ground floor and 1 floor). Very good, spacious room layout. Bright, light-flooded rooms also on the ground floor.
On the ground floor is the living area with an open-plan kitchen and the living & dining room. Thanks to large glass doors, the living area flows seamlessly into the outdoor area with a covered terrace.
There are also two bedrooms and a large bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor we have two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own terrace. There is also a separate guest studio on the first floor with its own bathroom and separate access via an external staircase or via the terrace, also accessible from the main house.
Including the bathroom in the guest flat, there are a total of three bathrooms. However, the two bathrooms in the main house are large enough to divide them into separate (smaller) bathrooms if necessary. This would increase the number of bathrooms in the house.
The outside area: The property is accessed via an electric gate that opens from the house. The main house is reached via the beautiful, lushly planted driveway, past a fruit tree plantation and past the first garage (in which the oil central heating and the building technology is installed).
